SDZ3000L drilling instrumentation

Overview:

    The SDZ3000L drilling parameter monitor was developed from our standard SDZ3000 instrumentation. It is designed for integration with DC electric rigs and AC variable-frequency electric rigs operating in low-temperature or polar environments.

• Composition and characteristics:

    The instrument displays the use of a liquid crystal-numbered visible display screen, which can be integrated on the drill operating panel of the DMV or on a stand-alone installation (or suspension) of the blast-proofing box. Technically advanced, performance stable and operational maintenance easy.

    The complete instrument display unit, the metaware, module, card, and connection attachments of the data acquisition unit are shown to be safe to store and operate in high temperatures such as Siberia, using cryogenic devices or cryogenic standard components. The instrument is expressed in the system-level cryogenic standard design, and the cryogenic application is met without the need for additional electroheating components.

    The system uses blast, electromagnetic interference, modularization, cryogenic design, dust, water and vibration resistance, industrial field bus technology, which allows for sound alarm setting of drilling parameters in front and backstage (drilling and engineer ‘ s room) and stabilizes the operation at the hot or polar drilling operations.
