SDZ3000BH drilling instrumentation

Overview:

    The SDZ3000BH drilling parameter monitor was developed for offshore platforms and humid environments, including integration with DC electric and AC variable-frequency electric rigs. It combines an industrial LCD touchscreen, embedded industrial control, industrial fieldbus and computer communications technologies to support offshore operations, accident prevention and drilling efficiency.

• Composition and characteristics:

    Using an industrial LCD screen display, it is possible to integrate on the drill operating panel or independently on the blastproof tank. Technically advanced, performance stable and operational maintenance easy. 

    The system consists mainly of blast-proofing industrial touch screens, sensors, data acquisition processing units, embedded industrial computers, back-officers, power supply systems and collecting and processing software.

    The enclosure is made of marine-compatible 316L stainless steel. Components and connectors are waterproof, moisture-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It is designed to IP65 protection requirements for operation in offshore and humid environments.

    Wide-area communications, such as satellite and microwave communications, allow remote monitoring of drilling site data at Headquarters level.
