SDZ3000H drilling instrumentation

• General:

    The SDZ3000H rig parameters monitor is the first-selected drilling instrument that our company has developed and developed on its own initiative for the integration of marine drilling platforms, DC electric drills in a damp environment, and exchange of digital-frequency electric drills.

• Composition and characteristics:

    The instrument is displayed using a liquid crystal-numbered visible display screen, which can be integrated on the drill operating panel or independently installed on the drill. Technically advanced, performance stable and operational maintenance easy. 

    The monitors consist mainly of monitors, sensors, data acquisition processing units, embedded industrial computers, back-office controllers, power supply systems and collecting processing software.

    The instrument casings use 316 L stainless steel materials adapted to the marine environment, metallurgical devices and relays use waterproof, corrosion-resistant components, designed at IP65, and are well adapted to the working environment in the marine and humid areas.
