SDZ3000B drilling instrumentation

• General:

    The SDZ3000B rig parameter monitor, which is an integrated well-drilling instrument for the exchange of digital-frequency electric rigs, DC electric rigs, mechanical rigs, well-builders and other types of drilling rigs, was developed and developed by our company on its own initiative. The model instrument is an industrial-grade LCD screen technology, embedded engineering control technology, industrial field bus technology and computer communications technology, advanced technology and stable performance.

• Composition and characteristics:

    Using an industrial LCD screen display, human interfaces are friendly, the drilling operations are visualized, the parameters are shown to be large, and can be integrated in the division drill or the blast-proof tank is hanging on the rig.

    The system consists mainly of blast-proofing industrial touch screens, sensors, data acquisition processing units, embedded industrial computers, back-officers, power supply systems and collecting and processing software.

    The backstage uses industrial control computers as workstations to allow remote monitoring of the drilling site and synchronize changes in the parameters of the drilling wells; (a) Operationalized unmanned workstations and configurations are not repeated, debugged or modified; Displaying parameters in numbers, curves, analogue meters to support free switching in Chinese, English and Russian; Storage, playback, printing of parameters curves and reports; Backup, restoration, inventorying of stored databases; A network function that supports the client machine-server model, with a small on-site local area network (LAN) to show that the output meets the different monitoring needs of drilling engineers, drilling supervision, etc.; Double-heat backup to effectively secure drilling data.

    The system uses blast-proof, electromagnetic interference-resistant, dust-resistant, water-resistant, anti-shock-resistant design, industrial field bus technology, which allows for sound alarm setting of drilling parameters in front and backstage (drilling rigs and engineer ‘ s room) and allows for stable operation at complex drilling operations.
