Wireless transmission
The wireless transmission programme for the drilling instrument is a wireless transmission of signals and data between the sensors at the drilling site to DAQ (data acquisition box) and between DAQ to the back station of the data workstation, using the newly developed SDZ3000W, SDZ3000BW rigs developed by Chongqing Saint. This type of drilling parameter instrument is a new generation of drilling parameter meters designed for electric rigs, mechanical rigs and rigs, which use wireless transmission modules to transmit signals, and data collected from the rigs are transmitted through the wireless network to the back station to enable wireless transmission of data within the wellfield, to facilitate the installation of drilling teams and to increase the utilization of drilling instrument; Self-diagnosis with fault; Double-heat back-up is an effective way of securing well-drilling data.
The rigs of the SDZ3000W rig display window-type LCD screens with working temperatures of up to width (20°C ~70°C); The rig of the SDZ3000BW rig displays a liquid crystal touch screen at a working temperature of -10°C ~50°C.
