The SDZ2000-800 gas monitoring alarm, using single-form machines and computer-based monitoring and control techniques, monitors changes in the concentrations of toxic and hazardous gases at the drilling site in real time. By adding/replaceing sensors, it can be used to monitor and display multiple toxic and harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide, flammable gases, etc., and to provide secondary acoustic alerts.

The SDZ2000-800 gas monitoring alarm, using single-form machines and computer-based monitoring and control techniques, monitors changes in the concentrations of toxic and hazardous gases at the drilling site in real time. By adding/replaceing sensors, it can be used to monitor and display multiple toxic and harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide, flammable gases, etc., and to provide secondary acoustic alerts.
The instrument uses a liquid crystal-numbered visible screen, with a fail-safe self-diagnostic function, which is simple to operate, fully automated, liquid crystal-based, and fully sealed blast-proof water design, which allows for the timely monitoring of toxic gases from the drilling process and helps well teams to achieve safe drilling.
It consists of hydrogen sulfide/flammable gas sensors, signal transfer boxes, power-processing tanks, liquid crystal display boxes, blast-proof siren and cable-connected attachments. Depending on the user ‘ s needs, the parameters can be collected using a workstation or laptop to enable data storage, querying and printing.
