SDZ2000-700 mud level monitor

    The SDZ2000-700 mud volume monitor measures the fluid level changes in the individual mud pool using single-form machine and computer-based monitoring and control techniques, showing parameters such as the size and total volume changes of individual mud ponds, up to a maximum of 12 mud pools.

The instrument uses a liquid crystal-numbered visible screen with a fail-safe self-diagnostic function, operating a simple, stable and secure, fully sealed blast-proof water design that allows for the timely monitoring of mud changes in the drilling process and helps well teams to prevent accidents such as well surges and well leaks.

The parameter instrument consists of an ultrasonic mud spot sensor, a tank signal transfer box, a signal conversion box, a liquid crystal display box, an alarm and a cable link. Depending on the user ‘ s needs, the parameters can be collected using a workstation or laptop to enable data storage, querying and printing.
