SDZ2000-550 wire rope ton-kilometer meter

 The SDZ2000-550 steel line ton kilometre instrument uses high-precision sensors, liquid crystal-numbered visible screen measurements and shows the location of the driller ‘ s drifter, with large hook loads and wire ropes working and acoustic alerts when parameters exceed their assigned alarm values, providing battery power.

    This parameter is applied to various types of rigs, workover rigs, which effectively monitor the use of wire ropes and help to alert operators to reverse or replace wire ropes.

    The instrument consists of a large hook height sensor, a pressure transmitter, a signal conversion processor, a liquid crystal display box, an alarm and a cable link. Depending on the user ‘ s needs, the parameters can be collected using a workstation or laptop to enable data storage, querying and printing.
