China sets another drilling record at 7,018 meters

The sky, the earth and the sea are the three major challenges that humanity poses to nature in order to expand its living space. The journey to the ground is particularly difficult because of the isolation of the crustal rocks than it is in the air and the sea. The most direct and effective way to explore the Earth ‘ s interior is to drill a scientific well deep into the Earth ‘ s depths. Continuous rock records are obtained from direct observations of the rock coop, which examine three major issues of environmental and human development, namely, the evolution of the basin, the hydrocarbon causes, volcanic eruptions, seismic disasters and climate change.

China sets another drilling record at 7,018 meters

On 26 May, in the town of sheepgrass in the city of Anda, the record of the scientific drilling of the world’s continents was updated once again with the completion of the planned target and victory of the deep scientific drilling project on the mainland of Songko II in the Song Li basin: 7018 metres of land, the first global drilling of the Earth’s coronary layers, with a core rate above 96 per cent, obtained 4135 metres of core, and we took a firm step of “encouraging deep into the Earth”, four years of grinding our deepest scientific drilling, and on 1 June, by the second well rig of Songko, journalists met with the chief engineer of the Song Lith Basin Scientific drilling command.

Over the past four years, he has witnessed every breakthrough, every metre of depth, of the Sonko II. As one of the oldest of the entire drilling team, Zhu Yongjie, 64 years old, said that he would be happy and proud to be involved in such a project in his lifetime, and what was the point of building Zongo II? And why did you pick the well site in Anda?
